Shipping within 24 Hours or you can select a specific day during your flower order processing.

MONDAY to FRIDAY 9:30 am to 5:00 pm

SATURDAY 9:30 am to 3:00 pm

SUNDAY 12:00 am to 3:00 pm

It is possible to deliver your bouquet the same day, if we receive your order before noon, East time. The set times are more difficult to observe because of unpredictable traffic conditions. We need a minimum of 3 hours between the reception of your order and the delivery. For any holidays (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day ...) we cannot promise a delivery time. Exceeding the delivery time does not give any refund.

DELIVERIES:

Thank you to choose among our three choices of district shipments, Downtown Montreal, Montreal, Laval and suburbs.

It is essential to write the correct name, address, city, town, postal code and the recipient's phone number. If you do not have all of the asked information, the delivery might not be done. We reserve the right to contact the recipient by phone to suit the time of delivery with them.

OFFICE: We need the full address including the building's floor and office, the company's name and the recipient's full name. We also need the company's phone number.

HOSPITAL: We need the patient's full name or maiden name if she is a lady. The hospital's name, flag, floor and room number are required.

FUNERAL: It is necessary to have the deceased's name, the name and address of the funeral home and the date and time of exposure or ceremony.

RECIPIENT'S ABSENCE: If nobody is at home, the driver will file a calling card and drop it in the mailbox or on the door (if access is possible) and / or leave a message on the recipient's voicemail. Sometimes the bouquet could be let with a neighbor. When being aware of the notice, the recipient must contact us by phone, or visit our store to take possession of the package that is intended. The second delivery is not compulsory and non-contractual and with new fees .

DELIVERY COSTS:

We reserve the right to adjust the shipping cost depending of the city and the district. The price will be exempt from the value of the floral composition. It is very important to indicate the phone number where you must deliver. If our delivery service has to deliver twice to the recipient's address due to their absence, we will also charge you twice for the shipping. The delivery cost is less than a taxi fees and is fair given the price of gasoline.
