We give you a total refund for cancellation 24hrs before thew delivery day.
No refund are made for a cancellation on the day of delivery.
Since we use perishable items and our time is precious, we can’t cancel or modify orders already in production.
Only delivery costs can be refund.
To cancel or modify a later date order, please call us at 514-844-3233.
Any claims relating to the products delivered must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
Such claims will be processed with rigorous care, and your good faith will be presumed.
The potential damages will under no circumstances exceed the total of the related order.

GUARANTEE OF SATISFACTION:
A delay of 48 hours is granted to the buyers to let us know about their dissatisfaction with a product delivered.
It will be our pleasure to arrange something with you.
Of course, the buyers will get a refund in case of a non-delivery following an error on our end.
