We need the recipient's full name and the reservation name at the hotel, as sometimes they might not match, making it difficult for the reception to locate the recipient. It's best to provide us with the room number directly.

HOW TO DELIVER THE BOUQUET TO A HOTEL?

If you don't have the room number, you can call the concierge to ask if you can leave the bouquet at their counter. Usually, this will be accepted by the hotel.
