Delivery fees vary depending on the location. Minimum fees are 10$ for Montreal
Important specific delivery information for:
Residences/Home: All information required above and if applicable, any apartment numbers or buzzer codes. In some cases we may need to call before delivering to confirm that someone will be there to receive the gift.
Office deliveries: A complete address including floor or suite number, the company name, department name and the name of the person to whom the flowers are intended.
Hospitals: The patient's complete name. If the recipient is a woman, her maiden name is required as well. Also required is the name of the hospital, the wing or department, and the floor and room number.
Funeral homes: The name of the deceased as well as the name of the funeral home, address,date and time of visiting hours.

If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your flowers, please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home we will either:
Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time
Leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact us to schedule a delivery time
Leave the flowers with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door with this information
In very rare cases only, leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance)
